Four class reward systems you might want to try

Mr Potato Head

Place a Mr Potato Head (without all his parts) in a visible spot in the classroom. Each time the class works well, add a body part to Mr Potato Head!

When all of his parts are assembled, the class gets a reward!

If you do not have a Mr Potato head you could have the children construct something similar from card pieces that can be assembled or perhaps use some Lego pieces that makes up a character.
