Multiple approaches to a problem are inclusive of more styles of thinking and learning. They can aid differentiation by allowing different methods and levels of skill to contribute.

Try:
Ask individuals to share the details of their thinking to help others. If someone understands something, encourage them to explain how and why they did it. It’s even better if you have different people solving things in diverse ways so children can see there is not one right way to approach problems.
